CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION BY THE PARTICIPANT OR GROUP HAVING REGISTERED THE PARTICIPANT:

The registration fee is validated on the date of receipt of payment. Name changes are not accepted and are considered cancellations. Duplicate registrations, duly identified and paid for, will be reimbursed after the congress upon express request to the Secretariat.

The badge is personal and non-transferable, it will be given exclusively on presentation of an identity document.

Cancellation costs by the participant, or by the group/company that registered the participant:

• For any cancellation occurring until March 1, 2022: 25% of the registration fees will be retained for administrative costs.
• For any cancellation from March 2, 2022: all registration fees will be retained.
• All refunds will be made after the lesson.

GENERAL CONDITIONS – MODIFICATIONS / POSTPONEMENT / CONGRESSION CANCELLATION:

The organizer in the event of necessity, and in particular in the event of the absence of a speaker, reserves the right at any time to modify the program of the event broadcast on all of its media, it cannot under any circumstances be considered as a contractual commitment. The organizer reserves the right to modify the opening date or the duration of the event indicated in the documents distributed, such as to decide on its extension, adjournment or early closing, without the participant, or the group/company who registered the participant, can claim any compensation.

The organizer cannot be held responsible for any consequences/causes resulting from external, unforeseeable and irresistible incidents/events beyond its control making it impossible for the event to take place on the dates and under the conditions initially planned: strikes, illness, weather conditions , natural events, acts of terrorism, epidemics, pandemics, decisions on government restrictions or any other public authorities and local executives (State, local authorities, public establishments), unavailability of the essential means provided for the holding of the event, impossibility of access, including the consequences of fire or explosion, from the reception premises or from any origin whatsoever preventing it from partially or totally fulfilling its obligations, non-exhaustive list.

By registering, the participant, or the group/company having registered the participant, is expressly informed, and accepts, that the organizer cannot be held liable for any damages, costs or losses incurred by the participant, or the group/company that registered the participant, such as their transportation costs, accommodation, or any other financial loss caused by the postponement of the Congress, or its transfer to a virtual event or its cancellation. In this respect, the organizer invites the participant, or the group/company having registered the participant, to take out a cancellation insurance contract with an insurance policy in order to cover all of these costs.

If the organizer were to have the obligation to limit, to postpone (the postponement means in the current calendar year) or to cancel, the event, in whole or in part, in the event of force majeure, or fortuitous event , and/or following one or more incidents/events listed in the preceding paragraphs (non-exhaustive list), making it impossible to hold the event on the dates and under the organizational conditions initially planned, the sums paid or due by the participant , or the group/company having registered the participant, will remain automatically acquired by the organizer, his responsibility cannot be sought and he will not be liable for any sum, indemnity, penalty and/or damages of any kind. whether with regard to the participant, or the group/company that registered the participant.

However, in such circumstances the organizer will undertake to notify the participant, or the group/company having registered the participant, as soon as possible and will implement all the means at its disposal in order to determine postponement dates. allowing the preparation and realization of the event in the current calendar year and under organizational conditions similar to those initially planned. Under these postponement conditions defined above, the participant, or the group/company having registered the participant, will benefit from the automatic postponement of the duly validated registration on the new dates and will therefore waive any right to claim any reimbursement or damages. against the organizer. Due to the consequences/causes defined in the general conditions and special conditions: for lack of possible postponement under the conditions defined, or if the case of force majeure, or fortuitous event, were to last, or to occur, beyond the period postponement defined above the organizer will be forced to cancel the event, the sums paid or due by the participant, or the group/company having registered the participant, will remain automatically acquired by the organizer, his responsibility cannot be sought and he will not be liable for any sum, indemnity, penalty and/or damages of any kind whatsoever with regard to the participant, or the group/company having registered the participant.

For all other causes: if the organizer were to be forced to cancel the event for any other causes than those of force majeure, or fortuitous event, listed above, the participant, or the group/company having registered the participant, will benefit from the automatic postponement of 50% of its duly confirmed entry to the new edition of the event which will take place during the following calendar year. The remaining 50% will be kept by the organizer for the costs of organizing the canceled event, the participant, or the group/company having registered the participant will therefore renounce to claim any reimbursement or damages from the against the organizer.

By registering, the participant, or the group/company having registered the participant, acknowledges having read the conditions of reservation, registration, postponement, cancellation, legal notices, and accepts them.
